HCMC – Long An International Port and the Port of Oakland, the fourth-largest port on the West Coast of the U.S., have clinched a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on future cooperation.
Long An authorities met with a business delegation from Oakland City, California, led by Mayor Sheng Thao, on August 8 to explore business opportunities in the province.

The MOU signing ceremony was part of the business delegation’s agenda from the State of California, jointly organized by the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Vietnamese American Business Association (VABA).
