HCMC – The HCMC Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Thu Duc City were the least impressive performers as HCMC announced its Department and District Competitiveness Index (DDCI) for the first time.
The results were part of the DDCI HCMC 2022 program that concluded yesterday, May 11, which ranked the competitiveness of the city’s departments, the sectoral administrative bodies and the district-level authorities.
The DDCI rankings have two categories, with one for the departments and sectors and one for the district-level authorities.
The Department of Science and Technology ranked first among the departments and sectors in the rankings, followed by the HCMC Export Processing Zone and Industrial Park Authority and the Department of Industry and Trade.
As for the second category, the administration of Phu Nhuan District topped the list, with those of District 11 and District 10 coming second and third, respectively.
