Mia Saigon will celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a luxury collection of mooncakes made for those who want to present a gift for loved ones and partners.
The boutique hotel says its Mia Luxury Collection is encased in a luxurious box with mooncakes made by experienced artisan chefs with the taste of tradition. These cakes are crafted from lotus seeds, salted eggs, black sesame, and taro, combining regional ingredients like Ha Giang walnuts, Binh Phuoc cashew nuts, Bao Minh lotus jam, and Kim Long candied ginger.
A Deluxe package includes four homemade mooncakes of mixed nuts, lotus seed paste with pomelo blossom (salted egg yolk), taro paste, black sesame paste with charcoal (salted egg yolk), a box of local jasmine tea, and a box of candied ginger at the price of VND1,100,000. A Premium package with the same mooncakes and a bottle of Selbach Zeltinger Auslese, Germany 375ml is priced at VND2,700,000.
