Bain & Company opens office in Vietnam

HCMC – Bain & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, has opened its first office in Vietnam.

Based in HCMC, this new office signifies Bain’s official presence in the Southeast Asian country after having served partners and financial investors in Vietnam for the past two decades.

“We are excited to expand our global footprint in Vietnam, one of the most vibrant and fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia,” said Wade Cruse, managing partner for Southeast Asia at Bain & Company.

The new office aims to foster closer collaboration with local businesses and multinational corporations, offering them access to Bain’s extensive global expertise, especially in areas such as technology, digital innovation and sustainability.

Andrea Campagnoli, the office head and founding partner of the Bain Vietnam office, said, “We see immense potential in the young local population, and part of our mission is to attract local top talent and to equip them with the best working experience as well as skills across a range of capabilities.”

Campagnoli is also co-head of Bain’s technology private equity practice for Asia Pacific.

Key domains representing Bain’s work include business transformations, innovation via technology, sustainability efforts, and mergers and acquisitions advisory.

Furthermore, Bain has inked an agreement with the local company FPT Digital, which is expected to enhance Bain’s support for digital transformation efforts across diverse business sectors and industries.
