(CSE: FZ) (“Forza” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The Company raised total gross proceeds of $250,200 with the issuance of 3,127,500 common shares (the “Shares“) with all securities having a four-month hold period. The Company paid $2,900 in Finders’ fees on the offering.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance exploration activities at the Jeanette Lithium Property as well as for general working capital. Finder’s fees may be paid on the Offering pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
