Da Vittorio Saigon brings together the flavors of Italian and Korean cuisine for a gastronomic event that promises to tantalize taste buds and celebrate cultural diversity.

From October, the Italian fine dining restaurant will offer an exclusive menu featuring the sought-after ’white truffle’ – the white diamond of the culinary world, prepared by the talented chef Matteo Fontana.

Scheduled for October 24, ‘Italian Seoul’ boasts a unique culinary event with Michelin-starred Chef Louis Han, whose culinary expertise is celebrated worldwide, and Da Vittorio Saigon’s Executive Chef, Matteo Fontana.

These two culinary maestros will craft a dining experience that transcends boundaries, offering a blend of ingredients, techniques, and traditions. The six-course menu is priced at VND3,588,000++.
