Around 450 companies join water supply and purification exhibition

HCMC – The 14th Vietnam International Water Supply, Sanitation, Water Resources, and Purification Event (Vietwater 2023) kicked off in HCMC today (October 11), with over 450 domestic and international businesses in the water industry attending.

The three-day exhibition at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7 features leading manufacturers and distributors of equipment, machinery, and technologies from 25 countries and territories, including the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China.

Vietwater 2023 is expected to showcase the latest advancements in water management, industrial wastewater treatment, urban water supply and sewage systems, irrigation, and other related areas in the water industry.

BT Tee, general manager of Informa Markets Vietnam as the organizer of Vietwater 2023, told a press briefing that the event presents cutting-edge global water and waste treatment solutions. These solutions contribute to ensuring the sustainable efficiency of industrial and urban water management, irrigation, and technological innovations for water and wastewater treatment.

Vietwater 2023 also includes an international conference focused on accelerating on-demand innovation for smart water management and a business matching program to facilitate connections between buyers and international suppliers.

Running concurrently with Vietwater 2023, the Vietnam Exhibition on Waste Treatment and Environmental Technology (WETV) opened on the same day and lasts until October 13.

This event offers an opportunity for international businesses to introduce advanced and sustainable solutions for the waste treatment, environmental, and transportation sectors in Vietnam.
