HCMC – FPT Software, a Hanoi-based information technology (IT) solutions provider, has recently opened an office in Guadalajara, Mexico, which is its 72nd worldwide.

The opening of this Mexico office is in response to the increasing demand for Agile software engineering solutions in the Americas, while enhancing the company’s services and providing its workforce with local talent.

By 2025, FPT Software plans to grow its team in Guadalajara to 500 people, with the goal of collaborating closely with other offices in India, the Philippines, Costa Rica and Colombia to deliver complete IT services and solutions to its growing clientele.

The firm highlighted that the launch of its new office marked a significant milestone in reinforcing FPT Software’s commitment to global expansion and client-centricity.

This expansion heralds the “Best-Shore” Model, a blend of onshore, nearshore, and offshore service delivery that places customers at the forefront and ensures the optimal mix of proximity and cost-effectiveness, according to an official statement of FPT Software.

Guadalajara, known as the “Silicon Valley of Latin America,” has emerged as a technology hub. This location attracts global companies interested in its skilled workforce and conducive business environment.

Nguyen Khai Hoan, senior executive vice president and COO of FPT Software, said, “We have always envisioned ourselves as a global IT services company that stays close to customers.”
