HCMC – Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has launched its international guest chef series named “Straight Outta Asia,” promoting the finest tastes of food cultures across the Asia Pacific.

The program starts with “Straight Outta Bangkok,” running from March 16 to 25, celebrating an authentic taste of Thailand with Thai guest chef Burin Pongchang from Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers Bangkok.

Thai cuisine is featured as the first concept as it has become popular in Saigon for its distinctive harmony of contrasting flavors. Via “Straight Outta Bangkok,” food connoisseurs will enjoy authentic dishes such as Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Som Tum, and mango sticky rice.

“Straight Outta Asia” casts an extensive array of international guest chefs who hail from international cities in their respective countries and have a huge passion for developing their food cultures across countries such as Thailand, Hongkong, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.

Inspired by the culinary offerings from each discovery sensation, “Straight Outta Asia” rolls out the carpet straight to Bangkok, Hongkong, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and Tokyo while guests dine right in the center of downtown Saigon.
